Published by Heritage Toy & Game Company Limited. This deck depicts England's monarchs and has been Orphalized for cartomancy. (There are 3 jokers.)

Inside the zipped file is a subfile titled Monarchs (Historical Sequence). It's the same deck, just reordered historically. By perusing the individual cards in this subfile sequentially, you can view the monarchs in the order they ascended the throne, from Alfred the Great to Elizabeth II, and see the evolution of royal costumes.
