Where has the Deck Exchange Disappeared To?

Hi, I'm in the Tarot Zone. The Deck Exchange used to be listed somewhere on the folder tree on the left of the screen. Now it's nowhere to be found- not under Decks & Spreads or Other Decks. Yet I'm reading in the Decks Forum of new decks being posted. Anyone know how to access them? thanks!

It has been closed down due to copyright.

They are working to bring it back on, first with card that are not protected or owner give permission, next they hope to come to an agreement with other publisher.

I would have hoped people could have made the distinction between printing physical bootleg tarot decks and the scans of decks which make up the Deck Exchange. I doubt The Programmer is in his basement printing up copies of the Thoth Tarot on his Lexmark printer to sell. I have gone out and purchased decks after seeing them on Orphalese Tarot. It has to be dumbass lawyers from the big two: USGames and Llewellyn. Thanks for peeing on our parade, folks! I hate lawyers!
