Paying for Upgrades?

Post by jennydog »

So...when I purchased the program *before* the cutoff date advertising free upgrades, this has now been revoked and upgrades will now have to be paid for?
Am I correct in assuming that since the cost has essentially doubled, that upgrades will now cost the same as a new version or will cost approximately what I originally paid? I would appreciate clarification and a pricing cost on upgrades for registered users.

Thanks.

Eh????

Where did you get that idea?

If you registered before version 7 you are on free upgrades for life. I haven't decided what the upgrade cost will be yet (I probably will in a year or so's time when it becomes relevant) but it it will probably be about five bucks.

Hi LizzieCat,

I see you haven't replied to my post, and looking at it again I can see why - it sounds rather rude and abrupt. I really didn't mean to be rude, it was just that I replied on the spur of the moment and the tone of the message was only mean to communicate my incredulity. Sorry.

I really would still like to know where you read that the free upgrades for life deal had been revoked, and that the program upgrades were going to be charged at the full rate. I don't have time to keep up with all the tarot forums and discussion groups that there are (well, any of them really), but if you read this somewhere online I would very much like to be able to correct the information at source.

Thanks,

Richard
