Card Data texts

One of the decks I've downloaded doesn't have card data associated with it, so I've copied information from the accompanying book into a carddata.xml file. I'd be more than happy to upload it for others to use (it's a reasonably popular deck), but I'm concerned about copyright issues. Are there ever copyright issues putting carddata from the LWB into a file and uploading it to this site. I don't want either the site owners or myself to get into any kind of legal hassles because I uploaded the writings of another without their permission. Thanks.
