Does anyone know what program to use, to scan in a deck and turn them into a coloring book page?

You can use Irfanview to do this. I used to have a program that did it all in one swoop, and maybe someone else will know of one. However Irfanview is free :o)
Open the card or picture you want to convert then select
Image>Effects>Edge Detection
Image>Negative
Image>Convert to greyscale
Then you may want to sharpen it with
Image>Sharpen
as many times as you think necessary
This works best with pictures that are simple. The more complex the more detail you end up with.

That's why I always insist in using Irfanview for all graphic works: it is capable of a lot of things if you know how to use it. Of course, I can't live w/o PhotoShop, but apart from sheer design, Iview32 can take care of almost everything. Best.
