Backgrounds & Question

I just uploaded 3 backgrounds. The Housewives, Cherokee & Starry Answer. My problem is when I try to upload the jpgs (350 X 250) of these zipped backgrounds, I got the error message, Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Can anyone help me with this error?

Hi Barbara,

I just uploaded a zipped jpg image OK. Did the error message appear when you were trying to upload an image file instead of a .zip file? When you do that you should just get an invalid file message (i.e. telling you it should be a zip file). I made it so the files have to be zipped in order to save space on the website. I am not sure why you got that error though. Maybe it was because there had been a timeout on the website since you uploaded the first files. I wonder has anyone else had this error?

The zipped file ( of the backgrounds) uploading went fine for me.
It was when I tried to upload a jpg of the picture to display (the example picture) when I got that error messege. I still can't get anything to upload. It is like uploading a picture for a deck, isn't it?

Thanks, I got the wrong end of the stick before. I hadn't tried uploading an image to that page but I guess you have shown it doesn't work - I will have a look at it when I can.

I tried to upload a bmp of the background, Starry Answer Night and got this error message. Please select a category!
So, I will try off and on to see if you had a chance to look at it. Thanks for everything, Richard!
