Version 8.12.3 Released April 15

I have just released a new version of the program that contains a few bug fixes and improvements, particularly as far as the Deck Exchange is concerned. Users may have become frustrated seeing the "Other user may have logged off message", which would sometimes seem to appear on deck after deck. In fact this messages was often misleading, because on many occasions it was the users own program which had lost its connection to the server, and the problem could easily be resolved by closing and reopening the Deck Exchange. This new version of the program displays a message as soon as the user's own connection is broken, prompting them to do this. The result is a much less frustrating time when downloading decks.
