Gothic Tarot

A couple of weeks ago our friend Dominatrix (a.k.a. FJ Campos) sent me a new Tarot Deck he had created. Nothing unusual about that, as you all know. What you may not know is that in fact Dominatrix is even more prolific than the many decks he has made available In the OTZ would suggest, and he continues to create a steady stream of digitalised decks that are not intended for general public release.

Many of these decks have a strong erotic content or else deal with other themes that might upset some people. We both agree that in these matters one has to err on the side of caution, especially on the public website at www.orphalese.net. But since the Orphalese Tarot Zone is a more private space perhaps we can afford to be a bit less cautious? What does anyone else think about this? A case in point is the deck I just mentioned which Dominatrix sent me just recently, and which is called the Gothic Tarot. While other decks have fallen easily into either the OTZ or the not for publication categories, this one has left me wondering. I have uploaded it in zip format via the deck exchange page so anyone who is interested in discussing this matter (or who just likes leather) can take a look...

As a staunch supporter of freedom of speech/artistic expression, the inclusion of personal decks is an asset to Orphalese. However, conservatives may view this expression with negativity. Unfortunately, this forum is open to registered users, regardless of their age. Perhaps a viable alternative would be to have some type of sub-section that requires an unlocking code and age verification along with a disclaimer. All said, Dominatrix - brilliant work!
