Unable To Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade from a one-user license to a three-user license. However, none of the links on the registration page are working. All of the "Buy Now" buttons lead to PayPal, where it gives me this error message:

"If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

I'd be willing to send the money directly and not use the website, but I need the information to do so.

Hi, I just checked the link and it seems to be working. Maybe it was just a temporary problem with PayPal. Do you still get the same message?
