Windows 10 problem

When I start the program I receive this popup [The program cannot save the following file: C:\Users\Cheyenne\Documents\Orphalese Tarot\RecentDecks.xml. Make sure you set the storage location for decks, spreads and readings to a folder you have permission to edit.}
After multiple clicks I am able to close it and the program opens; however, each time I attempt to change decks the popup reappears.
I attempted to solve the issue by moving the folder to my external sd card; but that left the program unable to open entirely.
How can I solve this security issue?

Hi Cheyenne, If you go to that folder in Windows Explorer (called File Explorer now in Windows 10) can you create and edit documents there? I am hoping you can't and you get some error message related to Windows 10 that we can then search for.
