Parking the deck & navigation arrows change request

Post by mythictarot »

Can you possibly make the square for parking the deck and also the navigation arrows (on the deck itself), color customizable? Sometimes with the background being used and the deck back colors, those two things are very obtrusive sometimes.

Hi Mythic, Sorry I missed your request at first. I have a bit of time now so I am taking a look at some of the requests I can do something about easily. It occurs to me that with the navigation arrows and the parking square they are always in the same place relative to the back of the deck or the program background, even if they are difficult to see at timed. Would it do as a solution if I made the area that they refer to bigger? That way if you click roughly on where the arrow is but don't hit it spot on it will still navigate to the next deck.

Hi,
Thanks for responding to my question! I think I could have worded it better in my original post. I have no trouble "seeing" the navigation arrows and also the deck parking area. I wanted to see if it were possible to make them color changeable. For example if I had a black background and a black deck I would prefer a dark gray deck park and navigation arrow. This would just be to tone those features down and blend better into the whole screen. I just thought aesthetically it would make the interface better looking overall. Yes, the white goes with everything, but it does tend to stand out a little too much. Either that or perhaps giving it a selectable transparency value, so you can dim it down a bit to blend better. Other than that I absolutely love the program.

Thank you!

Ok, I think we are on the same page but I just want to check that it isn't an issue with your graphics card or something else on your set up, because to me those parts of the program do give what I would call a dark grey affect when used with a black background:

Thanks for the response back!
Here is a couple of snaps of my deck and the deck park area. Since my background is basically dark, the arrow on the deck and the deck park area stands out quite a lot. I'd like to be able to adjust either the color of these items or adjust the transparency, preferably down to such a low amount that it's barely there. I think it would just aesthetically look better.

Thank you
....sorry for the huge pictures

OK, it is there in the new version I just released. It is a general setting rather than a per-deck one. It lets you go between a transparency of 10 and 220. I also added a neat slider bar control in the options form to let you fine tune it easily. Hope it does the trick!
