Having trouble with new decks in packs folder

Okay - I'm new to this program - found it today and registered it. I am trying to add decks. I tried adding decks I downloaded at the site and some others that I had that were formatted for use in this program. I am putting the deck folders in the packs folder but the program does not see them. The ones that I have downloaded from the site put themselves into the packs folder automatically and I still don't see them - what am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated - thank you!

Hi Laney,

Sorry, now I see that you have newly downloaded the program I realise that the advice I gave you on another thread is not relevant. The question is, how many decks do you see under the decks menu?

The program only comes with a maximum of two decks, so you should be able to see at least one of the ones you have added. There is a three deck limit for unregistered users, so if you are stuck at three it is a registration/unlock issue. If it is only two then there is something else amiss.
