Cannot register program on restored computer

I purchased the program August 13, 2006 for $29.99 single user license and it ran fine until I tried to move it to my laptop. I've since restored my computer and no longer have the laptop so I downloaded it and tried to register it again and it tells me it has been disabled by user???? What's up with that. I only want to run it on one computer so I don't need a multi-user license for three computers. I just want to transfer the single license to this computer since it's no longer on any other computer. Why can't I register it? My computer name has changed since the restore.

Hi Theresa, you just need to deactivate your laptop, and then you can register your desktop again. Right-click the deck and select Tarot Zone>My Machines. Once your in there, just deactivate the active one, and you should then be able to re-register your desktop.
