Cannot register program

Hello,

I just purchased a user license for the Orphalese Tarot program and was sent a registration code. I went through the online registration process and at the end the registration failed. The error message is as follows:

Unable to connect to web service. The error message was: An exception occurred during the operation, making the result invalid. Check InnerException for exception details.

Any help with regard to this issue would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking forward to be able to use more than 3 decks with the program, which I have found to be the best (and most affordable) Tarot program out there. Thank you.
