Have bought Registration but no code send

Dear all,
I was wondering how long it takes to receive the registration number because the money has been taken from my account but I haven't been sent a code. I was hoping to work on the decks this weekend and find I won't be able to introduce new decks until I introduce the code. Please help me!

Hi Linda, thank you for registering the program and I am sorry you didn't get the code. It should have arrived by now - as soon as your payment is processed by paypal in fact, which is normally pretty much straight away. It makes me think the email has got stuck in a spam filter somewhere. If you could contact me via the contact form on the website I will be able to marry up your email address with the payment and I will try sending it again from a different account.

Hello, my I have been here, I paid with PayPal but I have not received any email with the serial number. Also the web form is not working properly and despite a few times I tried I could not send the message through that medium.
