To Deborah Thompson: New Decks

Post by Marvin »

Hey Lady,

Thanks for the feedback!

I do have a question: Do you like Garfield, The Grinch, Hong Kong Phooey, etc? (Yes, not even Disney is SAFE!)

My email is: merlin-9999@bigmailbox.net.

Have a nice weekend.

Marvin

Hi Marvin,

If Disney isn't safe, how about one exclusively Donald - the duck of a thousand faces!

Blessings,

Hey Marvin!

First chance I've gotten to look at the forums in a while! Sorry for the late post :}

I LOVE all your decks (where do you find the time to do them all????) but I've got a particular soft spot in my head,...er, heart for the Warner Bros. animation team. (Ever read Chuck Amuck by Chuck Jones? By far the funniest autobiography I've ever read, and reread, and reread -- yeah, it's that funny!)

Keep creating Marvin -- your stuff is wonderful!!!

Het Lady!

I'm on Workman's Comp. I hurt my back a little over a year ago, and right now, I can do admin for my school/dojo, but I can't teach, do woodworking, etc....... or pick up snything over 25 pounds!

No I haven't read Chuck Amuck by Chuck Jones. I might get it now though........

Right now, I'm working on a Disney Tarot, Star Wars Tarot, Star Trek Tarot
(No more Sci Fi right now, PLEASE!) a project for Aurora, A Rune Primer, (Thats about half way done Everybody!) another Rune Deck (my last for now!) and mostly just trying to not go Stir Crazy! I've gone from 275 lbs. and built like an Oak Tree to 368 lbs. and built like a Beer Barrel! ARGH!

So, if you want any decks, ask now while I can still find the time to do them!

After I go back to work, my kids will be beating me up again, and I won't have that much time to devote to Leisure Time pursuits, like Artwork.

And no, given a project, nothing is SAFE!

My favorites are Asian Art, Celtic Art, and Native American Art (Plains or Woodland, it doesn't matter!)

Take Care, and Enjoy the Decks!

Marvin
