Hi,
I have recently loaded some scanned decks onto my Pc for my own use only.
The cards are in the correct file locations, are of the same file type and size, 00-78 etc and the information as been entered into both file data sets.
Any ideas where I may be going wrong with this.
Phil

Re: Decks in file but not showing in prog
It may seem like an obvious question, but are you sure you put them in the right "Packs" directory? I have had a similar experience a few times before remembering that I have a custom location that I put decks, as set on the options form. You will probably also have an old Packs folder under My Programs for historical reasons, as this is where the program used to look for decks. Then there is the current default location in My Documents. The best way to find you where the program is actually looking is by looking at custom folders in the Options form.
If it is not that, of all the cards in the deck the only important one for recognising a folder as a deck is the 00 card, so you might double check that one. This is the only card the program looks for in that respect, so you could technically have a one deck pack. If that were missing (or something else stopped the deck being recognised) it would still be in the decks list, but it would show as an empty folder. Is this the case?
You didn't say what format the images were, but I am guessing they are one of the standard ones (.bmp, .jpg/jpeg, .gif, .png etc). For the sake of completeness, the other reason decks would not show up would be if the program was operating in unregistered mode. Then you would only be able to see the first three decks.

Re: Decks in file but not showing in prog
Hi,
Thanks for the reply and sorry for delay in getting back.
Have just logged into the program and found the problem!
I was putting the deck in the "packs " folder in the program itself, but as you kindly pointed out there is also a folder in "my documents" after placing the deck there it runs fine.
Thank you for a very prompt reply, a suberb program that deserves all the credit praised on it!
