Unable to upgrade app

I have the Tarot of Dreams version of Orphalese and I have upgraded it so far up until version 8.10.1.3. I have just tried upgrading it again to the latest version 8.11.3.1 but I cannot. I get this error message (in French so I'm translating as close as I can): "Another version of this app is already installed. It's impossible to continue installing this version. To configure or delete the current version, use the Add/Delete Application from the configuration panel."

I'm on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits by the way.

Hi. Do you in fact have another version of the program installed? You can confirm by going into Control Panel and then following the "Uninstall a Program" link in the Programs section. If so you should uninstall that first and then you should have no problem installing the new version.

No I don't. I only have one instance of Orphalese Tarot in my Programs section and it's the version 8.10, which is the one I have.

Well I've decided to uninstall the version that I have, to install the latest one and put everything back in the My Documents directory.

By the way, if I want to share decks, do I have to buy the app and/or download separately the deck service? I can't seem to find the mean to share/upload anything with the version I have (free) and I've downloaded the deck service just in case but I have not installed it yet.
