Card data files

Hi,

I wish to add card notes, but am unable to locate where the files are?
also when adding card notes manually, what is the best way to achieve this?
any help would be very much appreciated as the last time I tried to edit the cardata files it didn't go according to plan.......

When your deck is up, right-click the pack, then go to Popup Notes > Edit or just click the F6 key.
