Registration Problems

Unable to connect to web service. The error message was: An exception occurred during the operation, making the result invalid. Check InnerException for exception details.

I keep getting the same message in trying to register my program. I have only 1 computer and each time the registration screen pops up before completing entering the software - This form can be used to register the program, if you decide you want to. You will need to enter an unlock code which you can get by registering the program through our website, http://www.orphalese.net.

Some features of this program are not available until you register.

I belive I have the proper username and unlock code. I have uninstalled several times and reinstalled and still have the same problem. Believe this problem prevents full use of program
