Hi Barbara,

I took a look at that deck. It should be available because it is in the servers memory cache. The error message that says "the other user may have logged off" is a bit misleading in this case.

It looks like the reason it is not downloading is because of the size of the file (16 megs) which is too big to download before the process times out. I am looking into this and I will post back here when I have a solution.

Hi Barbara,

I just uploaded a new version (8.1.5.7) which has a longer timeout period, twenty minutes in fact compared to two minutes before. You should find that with this new version you can get pretty much any deck on the exchange.
