The link for the upgrade is bad. It looks like it's using the ip address and missing a part:

If you add downloads/tarotupgrade.zip to the site address it is working.

***Ok the link does work, and the file is 3.4mb, but it's an invalid zip file. I tried to open it with 2 different zip programs and neither could open it.
***I used the ToD file and was able to install and get registered (New Hard Drive).

That was just a temporary measure while the website was offline. If you navigate to http://www.orphalese.net you will see it is still there. Then you can go to the downloads page and it should be business as usual.
External links to the site which reference a given page (like those ones you mentioned) are still giving problems. I never got any helpful response off the people who were doing the name forwarding for me, so I am in the process of transferring that service to my current ISP. When it is all under one roof it should hopefully get sorted out. At least there will be no room for mutual recrimination anyway.
Anyway, glad you got it downloaded in the end ;-)
