"Resource String Cannot Be Found" Message

If anyone has downloaded the program in the last couple of weeks they will see the message "Resource String Cannot Be Found" all over the place when they try to view the program in German or Norwegian. This was due to the language dlls in question getting corrupted during compilation, something which I did not realise had happened until it was just pointed out to me. If you download the program again this has been fixed.
