Unable to Register

I purchased a registration code, but, am unable to register. After I pressed the register online button, it says trying to connect, and then it says registration failed, unspecified error. I have tried to register several times, please help.

Hi Bay,

Thanks for buying a licence and I am sorry you have had this problem. When this error has been reported before it has always been because someone is trying to register an old version of the program, one that was perhaps installed a year or so previously. You should find that if you install the latest version from http://www.orphalese.net it will accept the unlock code you have been sent. Please post back here if this doesn't fix it, of course.
