Deck Exchange Problems

I have been doing some work on the Deck Exchange recently, in preparation for the next beta. This will hopefully include faster and more reliable downloading of decks. In the short term though it has meant I have I have had to delete some of the stored data about users decks. This means that their decks won't be visible until after the next time they actually log on to exchange via the program.

Hopefully I will have some more to report about the next beta soon!
