It is running in my task mgr even when I don't have orphalese up and running....why?? Is it supposed to run all the time?

Yes. DeckService is the name of the process which lets you share decks with other users on the DeckExchange. If you see the message I just left for Sumada you will find out more about it. If you don't have any shared decks it should be completely inert, but you will still see it in Taskmgr, because it is a Windows Service which has been registered with Windows and is available to be called on when necessary. If you wanted to shut it down altogether you could do so through the Administrative Tool in Control Panel, or directly from Taskmgr.
