P2P errors/crash

Post by Scion »

Hey Richard

The P2p subprogram is not allowing me to Add decks and locking up on my system.

I thought I'd posted about this problem, but can't find the thread. and the COntact Us button is crashing as well so I can't email you separately form the Forum. I have a LARGE error message I'd like to send you but no way of contacting you except through this forum. Please advise.

P2P errors/crash

I just uploaded a new version of the beta which fixes the Value of 105 is not valid bug. Regarding the test, I suggest you try marking the option of View my own decks in the search results on the mini search options form. Then try to get a preview of one of your own decks (they will be in grey rather than black). If you can get the preview you should be in business.

That got rid of the Value=105 error, but when I DO TEST I get the error: COnnection Failed. It is recommended that you do not share any decks until the problem is resolved.

Any thoughts?

If you set the option to view your own decks, and then request a preview of one of them (yours will appear in a different font colour) can you receive the preview? If so the test result is inaccurate. Otherwise the test seems to be working and we need to ask why. Could you let me know? Thanks.

Now, suddenly, for no discernible reason, it's working perfectly! :) Whatever you did worked... or else my system was having a strange hiccup connecting to my ISP. I'm testing the P2P as I type this and everything seems to be fine.

Anyways, many thanks for tackling the problem head on, Richard... You're a wonder.
