I have just uploaded the beta of version 8.1 which has some of the features I have mentioned in here over the last couple of weeks. Specifically it has:
1) A visual flagging system to indicate which are the faster downloads and which are the slower ones.
2) Improved page navigation.
3) Wild Card searches (e.g. to find all decks beginning with any give letter).
It also tries to address a couple of bugs which have been reported, including the missing DeckCollection.xml message.
