Ok... I must not have something set up right. I've shared 2 decks on my desktop, and I'm trying to access them from my laptop to make sure it's working. And I'm receiving an error.
The deck shows up, but when I click on the preview, it says a response has not been received from the user, and then the deck is gone. I'm fairly sure after I reboot it shows up again.
I opened port 3999 in my firewall settings as a tcp, and then I also opened that port in my router. Am I missing something? or could someone tell me what I should do?
Thanks

Hi Shari,
It doesn't sound as though you are doing anything wrong. Did the message appear when you were trying to get the preview, or the deck itself? If it was when you were trying to get the deck, after how long did the message will appear - could it have been the preconfigured time-out of ten minutes?

Hey Shari,
I just uploaded the next version of the beta. I found a couple of things which might explain the problems you were having. When you get a chance, maybe you could try the new version and see if it fixes things?
Thanks!
Richard
