Readings not saving Spread Notes

I'm not sure why, but this is only happening on ONE spread: Shari's dark moon spread.

Deal the spread, everything is fine. Use the reading wizard to save the reading and none of the spread notes for the card positions are being inserted into the notes. I've checked my reading template and it's there, deal any other spread and they save fine. Is there something wrong specifically with this spread that I can't see?

Help, anyone?

Are you using the Beta or the Official release? Before I play I need to know what machine to play on .-)

Official Release.

I even tried downloading it again from the Spreads area here on the TZ and it was still not saving the spread notes.

Sorry it took so long to reply, IRL issues and all.
