Ok, I finally updated to 7.6 and am poking around the new Tarot Zone (LOVE it by the way!).
One thing I noticed: No way to delete Private Messages.
I have the test message from the programmer, but I can't delete it and every time I view the Home Page it says I have a message.
Fine for those of use who might not get a lot, but it could cause a drag on the system and be annoying for people who might be getting their fair share of PMs.
Or am I just totally blind and not seeing this option somewhere?

Question About Private Messages
Hi Lethann,
It should be that on your message page you only see the messages which have arrived in the last month. i.e. with today being the 30th of November the welcome message should be about to disappear.
The count of messages received that you see on the home page should only include messages that you haven't read. Could you check if that is the case and let me know if it isn't?
Cheers
Richard

Question About Private Messages
It is now saying 0 New Messages.. but for over an hour while I was browsing the TarotZone it was still saying 1 New Message. Seems like there is some delay somewhere in there. No biggie then!
Thanks for the quick response!

Question About Private Messages
Hi Lethann,
After I posted my reply I guessed that is probably what had happened. It is because of an issue called caching (or cacheing) which affects all web pages. Sometimes what you see is not quite up to date because the server, or a proxy, or your own web-browser has served up an older version that it already had in memory. If you ever suspect you are looking at an out of date page you can make sure by pressing the refresh button or the F5 key.
Cheers,
Richard

Question About Private Messages
I keep forgetting this is just a web browser portal. I actually don't use IE so all the settings are at defaults. I'm a firefox girl myself. I'll let you know if I encounter it again. Refreshing the page doesn't always refresh the cache.

I'm also a Firefox guy, my compliments on your good taste... I can recommend a setting similar to mine for Firefox, cleaning all user files (except for cookies and saved passwords) everytime you close the browser. Cache only has sense when you have a slow connex, it doesn't make a difference on a fast one. This way you save yourself from plenty of malware and strange things acquired while you surf. Toy around a little with Ffox settings for that. I have similar config for IE (both 6 & 7 versions under XP and Vista), and they work like a charm. Messages on OTZ worked just fine with these settings. Best.
