Is deck exchange back and is it back for good?
I would love to go back to contributing to it. But I need to know if it's back for good, I hope it is.

Yeah, the DE is really back,with a system in place for ensuring that decks uploaded are approved by their publishers. You can click on Publishers at left to see the status of that.
Re the Yahoo group, I recently joined Comparative Tarot myself. It's a huge group, over 1600 members, including some deck designers. Lots of lively conversation and interesting perspectives.
