Larger than Standard Decks Question

Could somebody please help me get a 79-card tarot deck (Tarot of Love) to work in O. I saved the extra as 78.jpg -- was that wrong? It won't show in the program. :o(

Click Options > Change Settings (for this deck only) > No of Cards
