Deck Browsing Limit function
my Deck Browsing Limit counter is stuck at 300, and the buttons don't work. I've tried to change it, by typing a new number in, but it doesn't stay at the number I assign it. I wouldn't care, but every so often it gives me multiple duplicate cards in a (20 card) reading. I don't use more than one deck, ever, and I've checked the pack file to be sure the cards in there aren't duplicates. It's driving me crazy, lol. Any suggestions?

Have you tried clicking on the up arrow instead of typing the number in directly?

Of course; it's greyed out. It doesn't work at all, which is why I mentioned it.

Re: Deck Browsing Limit function
Ok, I hadn't really taken on board what you were saying. I can't look at the code right now to work out what might be going on because I am away from my computer. These are two different issues though. The deck browsing limit determines how many decks you can have in your "My Decks" list. It is set at a maximum of 300 to safeguard against a situation where someone decides to change the location of their deck folder and accidentally sets it to something inappropriate (such as C:/Windows) which would then kill the program as it tried to process all the "decks". The idea is you can up the limit if you have more than 300 decks installed and you want to take this safeguard off to be able to browse all of them. If you are getting duplicate cards in a reading that is obviously important but unrelated issue. I am hoping to be able to spend a bit of time on the program in the second half of June and also in July so I will look at both things then.

Re: Deck Browsing Limit function
As you may have seen on the other thread, I think the problem with the duplicate cards has been fixed now in the new version 9.3.1.5 which I just uploaded. As I explain there, the message about there being "no cards out" was an important clue. The only thing I haven't been able to work out is why the Deck Browsing Limit control was greyed out, but as I said that should not be relevant to you unless you had more than the default 300 decks installed. Thanks for pointing out the problem and sorry it took so long to address.
