Re: Version 9.1

Hey Richard,

I can't tell you how glad I was to get your email today. Been promoting the program on my tarot podcast, and I had hoped that things turned around for you.

Now, i DL'd the new program and started sharing my decks and spreads. BUT, I have two decks and one spread that I keep getting a 404 error on when I try to upload them. They tend to be ones that I made from scratch, but not all of them.

Any thoughts?

Hi Daven, It is great to hear you are spreading the word, thanks!

I can't think why you might be getting that error, unless it was maybe something that just happened from time to time because of connectivity issues. Are you sure it is always the same decks give this problem? The only thing that I suppose it could have something to do with might be the size - perhaps the uploads are hitting some size limit. If it keeps happening why not zip up one of the problem decks and send it to me at the administration address. If I get the same problem I can see exactly what is going wrong.

Well, I found and resolved the problem with the two decks that wouldn't upload. I had 1500x800 sized scans of the cards in there, so I could really zoom in on them. This made for files that were 31 MB and more to upload. Reducing them to a width of 320px reduced the size and allowed me to share the decks.

Still doesn't explain the layout, but that's just a relationship reading I have and not that important.

May want to mention the size limit on the help files.
