This fixed it. I kept looking at the Version after the download button and thinking that is what I had rather than realizing I needed to download it.

It is 7.2.3.7 now. As a matter of fact I don't think I ever did put the version number on that upgrade link, maybe you remember seeing it on the link to the beta?. Maybe it would be good to give the version number there but with the Deck Exchange finished I don't envisage doing any more work on the program for a good while (besides fixing any bugs that come to light, but no new features I mean), so it won't really be such an issue.
