There seems to be no way to change the picture or delete it or upload another one in My OTZ.
I want to delete the picture down and can't do it.

There isn't a way to delete an image, that is an oversight (although you could replace it with a plain black one which would have the same effect).
You should be able to upload another one in its place though. The steps are first browse for the image, and then press the save button at the bottom of the profile section. Is this what you did? I just updated mine for test purposes and had no trouble.
