Can't Upload a Deck

I've been trying unsuccessfully all day to upload a deck. The progress indicator at bottom goes all the way across to the right end, then stops. No Upload Successful message, no error page, no nothing, it just stays stuck there. The file I'm trying to upload is under 3 MB. Could the failure to upload be due to all the activity today?
