New User Setting Suggestion - Maximum Zoom Dims

Post by Cowhead »

Here's a suggestion for a new feature that I would appreciate. If anyone else agrees, please chime in.

It would be nice to have a general setting in Options where you could specify the maximum size in pixels for a zoomed image. Sometimes when I zoom a large image, the zoom window won't fit entirely on my screen and I find myself scrollig and resizing the windows a lot.

I know, it's my own fault for having large images.... :-)

No idea how difficult something like this would be. If it would be relatively quick and easy, I would sure appreciate it.

Thanks.

Hi Cowhead

I hope I have been able to take care of this request in a slightly different way. I have taken out the scrolling aspect of the zoom window - the zoomed part always fits on the page. You can carry on zooming in, of course, and now each successive view appears in the same window.

The changes are in the new beta that I just uploaded today. You can also see the next installment of changes re reading notes, as well as various other changes.

Cheers

Thanks Richard. This works fine.

It has been almost a week since I was able to use OT, and I'm amazed at all of the new goodies. Love the LWB/Personal card notes option! You da bomb!
