Question about Opening the Program

First of all, THANK YOU, Richard, for the newest release 7.4 that takes care of the problem with fading reading notes! You're grrreeeaaaat (imagine Tony the Tiger).
I have been having a problem that I wanted to ask you about, though. Often (but not all the time) when I hit the Orphalese icon on my Start Menu, instead of starting the program, Orphalese starts to re-install itself. So, if you've noticed my name coming up all the time requesting registration, that's why. I don't know if this is a bug or a Windows problem (come to think of it, I think it's happened to other programs as well). Maybe my icon isn't pointing to the right file??
It did create a problem when I was at work the other day. It went to install, but I didn't have an internet connection, so I had the unregistered version, which only allows three decks. But it couldn't find the decks. When I tried to link it with the Pack folder, it took me several tries before it worked. And then it only linked to one of the subfolders rather than the main one. So when I went home and was able to register, I couldn't re-link to the Packs folder. I had to uninstall and then reinstall again, but only after wiping away any evidence of Orphalese on my C: drive.
Ideas?
Blessings,
Karen
