Dear Richard
Thank you again for your dedicated work to Orphalese. I was also pleased to see that you seem to have the rights to publish the Vandenborre and Vieville sets that I uploaded to the deck exchange.
To get to the point, it would be wonderful to have a version of Orphalese for the Sony PSP. I am sure it would be very popular. It is a great little machine and Orphalese would look so good running on it. Is there any chance that you might consider doing a port for the PSP?
Best wishes
Chris

I second the motion. All in favor say Aye!
Actually, i don't know how that would work for PSP without using some kind of home brew on the system and not just the Sony game core. I do know that the PSP supports Flash as well as internet browsing (to some extent) and will also soon allow users to download Sony games directly form the website to play (when stored on a memory card, of course). In any case i too would love to see an Orphalese for PSP (or other mobile devices like phones, etc.). I registered the program with the option of using it on multiple computers in hopes of just this sort of eventuality (as well as hopes of some day soon acquiring a lap top).

Re: Re: Sony PSP version
Hey guys,
I agree it would be nice to see but, as far as I know anyway, the only people who can write for the PSP are Sony themselves - it all has to be written in a proprietary Sony language and anything else would be a home brew as Ken suggests.
Also, because of the size of the screen the program would have to be re-designed from scratch. Having said that I have thought about doing some sort of tarot program for mobile devices in general in order to have it go round as a bit of viral advertising. It would not take priority over the main project though, so it may be a long time before I get around to it...
Cheers

Hi Ruth,
I wish I had the time to take on a challenge like that...but I am afraid the length of time it takes me to do something as simple as replying to a post on this Forum should give you an idea of how unlikely that is
