I have the card notes in Spanish. They are in the CardData page, select Spanish from the language menu.

This deck has been uploaded by 2 members.Escorpion,and me. Mine is complete with note cards. The Escorpion upload, I do not know....
There are some decks that had been downloaded by more than one member...
