Can't install

I'm a registered user and just got a new computer with windows 7 and internet explorer 9. I tried to download the program and get that annoying box at the bottom of my screen saying that what I'm trying to download is not safe, however my Norton says it's fine. When I click on the bar to "learn more" I get sent to a window that talks about digital signitures and certificates. Anyway the file apparently did load into my documents download folder but won't run because of the same blocing mechanism, any help?

Sorry I missed this message until now. There was a problem with the digital signature which had expired, but I have resigned all the files and re-uploaded them, so you shouldn't get that message now. If you still are getting it, that might be because the previous download has been cached somewhere. If you tried again with a different browser or deleted your browser history that ought to fix that. Please let me know if this fixes it or not.

Hi Cherry, how far does it get before you see this message? Do you see anything of the program at all or does the message appear straight away? Did you have the program working at all beforehand or has it been like this since you installed it?

this is the message im getting all the time...i use the microsoft fix it as suggested in one of the forums to clean up all traces of previous orphalese installation:
"there was an error loading the program. This could be because you have tried to upgrade from previous version that does not include the files necessary to run this version. to use this version you have to download the latest setup files from orphalese.net"
i have installed again this very hour for how many times already, maybe 6 or 7 times already...and all i get all the time is the answer above....and this is really very very very very very frustrating...

Hi Cherry, thanks for getting back to me. You should find that there is a text file in the folder where the program is installed (Program Files\Orphalese\Orphalese Tarot), called "Errors.txt". Could you copy me the contents of that file? Hopefully there will be a clue in there about why the program is failing to load.
