Greyed-out "update shared deck" button

After upgrading, I notice that although the "apply" button (F6) works, I cannot "add or update shared deck", as that button is greyed out.

If you want to share your decks with other users you need to install a separate program, called the "Deck Service". This used to come with the program and get installed automatically at the same time as the Tarot program. I made it into a separate download because it was causing problems for some people installing or uninstalling the program. If you want to install this and share some decks you can find a download link for it on the website, on the same page where you download the program itself.
Once installed you should not have to do any more. The Deck Service is what is called a "Windows Service". It starts up automatically when you turn your computer on and runs quietly in the background without you seeing it. The Tarot program detects whether or not it is installed and running, and only when it is do the buttons for sharing decks become enabled.
Of course, you can still use the Deck Exchange and download other people's shared decks whether you have installed the Deck Service or not.
