Help!

I can't seem to download some of the most recent spreads. The Centering Spread seems okay, but the others don't seem to be working.

Many Blessings,
Christine

Hi Christine,

Could you let me know what version of the program you are using (whether it is the beta 6.5 etc) and a specific example of a spread which doesn't work. Also, is there an error message, does the program crash, does it just look wrong etc?

Many thanks!

Richard

Hi Richard,

I am also having problems with downloads. I'm using the latest Beta 6.5 version. My problem happens after I successfully download one spread and then try to download a second spread. The first spread downloads correctly. I click the back button, select another spread and then click the download button for that spread. Then I get the following error message -- Cannot access a disposed object named 'frmDownload'.

Thanks,
Georgia

Hi Georgia,

I don't know if it is the same bug that Christine was getting, but I came across that one myself while I was debugging - it is fixed in the next version of the beta which I hope to have ready by the weekend.

Cheers
Richard

Hi Richard!

I'm not using a beta, just the current version. When I download a spread and then go to the next spread, the Download diskette doesn't blink or respond to a mouse click - no errors or crashes. However, I can download other spreads if I exit the program after each download.

Many Blessings,

Christine

Hi Christine,

Thanks for letting me know. I can't think why it is happening though. I will update the beta at the weekend though so maybe you can see if it persists into that version?

Cheers

Richard
