More innocuous bugs..

Just to bring to attention a few innocuous bugs..
When attempting to download a new deck, if the Orphalese tarot window is minimized in the toolbar (not de-selected from the menu-in other words, it is still checked but minimized), my system is not able to maximize the window again until the download completes. This is verified on two different computers.
In addition, when the download completes, the Orphalese Tarot window automatically reverts to the background (whatever background has been selected), without any input from the user, and it is necessary to select Tarot Zone, again from the menu. This does not interfere greatly with program operation, but thought it might be useful to note.
