Where can I download the new version?
The download bottom at the upper letf is not activated. It is not working properly.
I went to the Downloads page, but not found the 6.4 there either.
I cannot wait to download this new version!!!!

If you were already using a beta version you won't have the download button activated, but you can find the new version on the downloads page - just follow the link that says download program (or something like that - it is the second link down anyway!).
