cannot download spread help

The first few times I went to Tarot Zone, and I went to SPREADS section, under DECKS and SPREADS, there was a page that had lots of spreads in a box. I think above that was a box to enter what type of spread, how many cards, something like that, and under that it says APPLY FILTER. I tried to download a spread but I did not get a result, now when I go to spreads, there are two boxes one as described above and the other almost the same, but it says download under it. I cannot get off that page. Nor can I download. I did download some decks so I know I am doing that correctly. Can anyone help. I am not sure how to save this program, I would delete it and start over, it is a registered OT, I have the number, maybe that would be the most simple thing. If it will accept my number again. Help please

Thanks for posting here - by posting to the OTZ Forum you let other users benefit from any discussion that might arise.
I am a bit puzzled by your description of the Spreads page. The Apply Filter bit is right, that is at the top of the page and it lets you filter the spreads available so you can find the one most suited to your interests at any particular moment. There is no button marked download on the page. The button at the bottom says Upload and it is the one you would use if you wanted to upload a spread from your computer to the Tarot Zone for other users to share.
In order to save a spread you first need to click on the name of the spread, which takes you to another page where you see a graphic showing what it looks like when laid out and a summary of the notes that accompany each card. When you are on that page a button on the left, above the navigation tree, becomes active and you can use it to install the spread in your My Spreads list. It is the button which shows a save icon - a picture of a floppy disk. If you are reading this while logged in to the forum you can see the button right now, on the left of this page, just above the navigation tree. It only becomes active when you are on a page where there is something to download, such as the spreads page or when the program tells you that there is a program upgrade available. It is a small button but it is very important if you want to get the most out of the OTZ!
It would also be good if you could clarify what you mean when you say you cannot get off that page. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to navigate from one page to another. Sometimes, because the server is busy or whatever, it can take quite a few seconds, as with any website. The best thing to do is just be patient, because if you start reclicking you are just re-sending the instruction to show the page, effectively starting back from square one each time you reclick.
To clarify the re-installation issue, yes you could completely uninstall the program and re-installit from scratch and it would accept your unlock code. I don't think this would make any difference in this case though, at least I can't think of any reason it would.

Yes you are right it does say upload, but you cannot see any spreads at all on my page. It is like they dissapeared. There is the top part, then it says apply filters, then where the spreads should be, there is nothing. can you help me now?

Hi Rita,
OK, it sounds like all the spreads are getting filtered out so no results are showing. You need to take a good look at what you have selected in the top part of the page there, where it says Apply Filters. The filters are always cumulative, so if you look for spreads named something like family you may get (say) five results, but if you also have the number of cards set to (say) 7, you may not get any results. You would only get a result if there was a spread on the server that contained 7cards AND had the word family in the name.
You should pay particular attention to the check box which says Only My Uploads. Make sure that is not checked, because with that filter applied you only see spreads that you personally have uploaded. If you have not uploaded any spreads ever then the list will always be empty. Also ensure the box Uploaded in the last X Days is empty or contains a high value. If you have a 5 in there, for example, you will only see the spreads that have been uploaded in the last five days, and there may not be any.
