Hi there
I have been unable to get onto the p2p with the following error coming up

The request failed with HTTP status 404: not found.

I have used it before, but maybe on my other computer. I have version 8.7.2.4 and run windows 7

I hope you can help. I have registered this computer.

Hi Myana,

It is because the version you are using is out of date. I changed the location of the server, but older versions of the program don't know this and so they are looking for it in the wrong place. If you get the free upgrade to the latest version, 8.12, you should find it fixes the problem. The latest version also has several other bug fixes and also includes an updated help file.
