I'm sure this has been asked many times, and I apologize if so. I was just simply wondering if there is way to make the cards a bigger size...

Glad you found it. For anyone else who is wondering it is in the Options form, then General settings and it is on the "Appearance" tab. A much easier way is to click the deck to select it and then use the plus and minus buttons on the keyboard.
